1992年6月18日バイオドームは開園しました。バイオドーム、モントリオール昆虫館、 モントリオールボタニカルガーデン、モントリオールプラネトリウムという4つの施設からなりモントリオール自然博物館が管理しています。 今回はその中でバイオドームとモントリオール蝶館に行ってきました。バイオドームでは様々な種類の動物がその動物の生きている環境で展示されています。要するに自然環境を学べる動植物園。熱帯雨林、南北極地圏、カナダ落葉広葉樹林帯、セントローレンス海洋の４つの生態系をドーム内で再現しており、ここで実際生活している動物や鳥、魚たちの自然な姿を観察することができます。 その中でも特に人気なのがペンギンです。皇帝ペンギンを始めとする様々な種類のペンギンが住んでおり、間近で見ることができます。写真はペンギンと身長がそんなに変わらない子供たちが、ガラス越しにペンギンと一緒に遊んでいる所を写しました。バイオドームのペンギンは毎年平均して20匹の子供を出産するそうです。 蝶館の温室は様々な植物が国ごと季節ごとに展示されています。蝶は植物や滝の周りを飛び回り、さながら楽園の様でした。蝶も人になれているせいか、人が近くで見てもなかなか逃げようとしません。その中で青い羽の美しい蝶は特に注目されていました。 今回はまだ4月の初めで寒かったせいか、ボタニカルガーデンはまだ開園していませんでしたが、十分に楽しめました。また違う季節に行きたいと思います。 |

Biodome the Montreal Insectarium Nature Montreal, from モントリオールボタニカル garden, モントリオールプラネ thorium, four facilities are managed by the Museum.We went to the Biodome and the Montreal Butterfly Pavilion. Environment Biodome offers various kinds of animals live animal exhibits. In short learn about the natural environment Zoo and Botanical Garden. You can observe the natural appearance of four of the tropical rain forest, North-South Polar region, Canada deciduous broad-leaved forest zone, St. Lawrence marine ecosystem are reproduced inside the dome, where in real life animals, birds and fish.Is the most popular penguins. You can see just around the corner, and inhabited by different kinds of penguins to Penguin. I took this picture, kids Penguin and height does not change so much playing with penguins glass pictures. Biodome penguins on average each year, and is likely to give birth to twenty children.Butterfly House greenhouse is a variety of plants exhibited in each country and for each season. Butterflies fly around the plants, waterfalls, was just like paradise. Because butterflies are accustomed to people who look at it to flee. Beautiful in blue butterfly was especially noteworthy.Botanical Garden is not open yet because it was still cold at the beginning of April, was good enough. Also I would like to go in a different season.
